Note that the ActiTrainer records workout data in a separate memory slot. This separation is done primarily for
commercial customers, runners for example, that are interested in obtaining the exact number of steps taken or
distance travelled as soon as a workout is enabled, which could occur in the middle of an epoch.
Note: Workouts can only be enabled while the ActiTrainer display is enabled and only during 60
second epochs
